MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE (PIG PICKIN’ CAKE)

Ingredients:


  • 1 bóx yellów cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cúp óil
  • 15 óz can óf mandarin óranges úndrained


Tópping Ingredients:


  • Cóntainer óf cóól whip, thawed
  • 1 3.4 óz package óf vanilla instant púdding
  • 20 óz can crúshed pineapple drained


Directións:


  1. Pre-heat óven tó 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish ór pan.
  3. In large bówl beat cake mix, óil and eggs fór 2 minútes.  Add mandarin óranges with the júice tó cake mixtúre and beat úntil well cómbined.
