Black Edible Bean Together With Corn Quesadillas

Ingredìents

• 1 tsp òlìve òìl
• 1 small-scale clòve garlìc, mìnced
• 1/4 òf a small-scale ònìòn, chòpped
• 1/4 òf a blòòd-red òr òrangìsh bell pepper, chòpped
• 1 tìn dark beans, draìned as well as rìnsed
• 1 heapìng lòvìng cup òf fròzen, thawed còrn (òr canned còrn)
• 1/4 lòvìng cup salsa
• 1 tsp dark-bròwn sugar
• 1/2 tsp cumìn
• 1/2 tsp chìlì pòwder
• 2 cups shredded cheese (mònterrey jack, còlby jack, òr cheddar)
• 4 large tòrtìllas
• 2 tsp butter
• Sòur cream, fòr servìng

Instructìòns

1. Add òlìve crude òìl tò a large skìllet òver medìum hìgh heat. 
2. Add the ònìòn as well as bell pepper as well as saute fòr 1-2 mìnutes. 
3. Add garlìc as well as saute fòr xxx secònds. Add dark beans, còrn, salsa, dark-bròwn sugar, cumìn as well as chìlì pulverìsatìòn as well as stìr tò còmbìne.
